Services
Portfolio management and focused planning support.
RootsOn Capital's primary service is discretionary portfolio management for families, trusts, and related entities.
Project-based financial planning may also be provided where appropriate and within a defined written scope.
Primary Service
Portfolio Management
RootsOn Capital provides discretionary portfolio management tailored to each client's objectives, risk tolerance, liquidity needs, investment horizon, tax considerations, and investment constraints.
Portfolio allocation, investment selection, implementation, and ongoing oversight are conducted in-house. Portfolios may include exchange-traded funds, mutual funds, individual securities, cash equivalents, and other appropriate investment vehicles, depending on the client's circumstances and objectives.
For clients with more complex assets, we consider how the managed portfolio fits within the broader family balance sheet, including material outside exposures, liquidity needs, and long-term goals. Investment strategies are implemented with attention to diversification, transparency, costs, tax awareness, and disciplined long-term oversight.
Focused Planning Engagement
Project-Based Financial Planning
Where appropriate, RootsOn Capital may provide project-based financial planning as a focused engagement, either separately or in connection with an ongoing advisory relationship. Using client-provided information and financial-planning software, we may develop an integrated analysis of a client’s current assets, investment allocation, projected asset values, cash flows, estimated tax profile, and projected estate values over time.
Depending on the agreed scope, the analysis may address financial goals, liquidity and cash-flow planning, investment policy design, portfolio allocation and risk considerations, scenario analysis and stress testing, retirement-account distribution timing and Roth conversion considerations, trust and entity investment considerations, and estate-planning coordination.
Planning results are illustrative and depend on assumptions and information provided by the client. They are not guarantees of future results. RootsOn Capital does not provide legal or tax advice. Scope, deliverables, timing, and fees are established in writing before the engagement begins.
